Capital One wants you to load up your new credit card with a lot of food
Technology has provided us with ease at the touch of a button (or the tap of a screen), but it generally comes at a cost. But what if the cost was...zero? Meal delivery service via Uber Eats generally charges a per order fee or a monthly membership fee to ensure quick delivery of your takeout, but right now you can receive free deliveries for two years for $0—with one caveat: you must create a new Capital One credit card.
How to Get a Year of Free Uber Eats Delivery
The Uber Eats promotion is really a better value than that because it comes with a free two-year subscription to Uber One, which includes discounts on many Uber trips as well as up to a 10% savings and free delivery on Uber Eats orders (along with other advantages). Normally, Uber One costs $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year.
If you establish a new account for Capital One's Savor, SavorOne, SavorOne Rewards for Students, or Quicksilver Rewards for Students credit cards, you may get a free two-year Uber One subscription. The promotion's two-year, $200 value isn't the best signup bonus available, but if Uber One's services are valuable to you—and getting a new credit card makes sense for your finances—it may be a good bargain. (Please keep in mind that the Savor card has a $95 annual charge.)
Apply for the finest Capital One card for your requirements to be eligible for the promotion. If you already have an Uber One subscription, log in to your account and choose your new Capital One card as the payment method for a monthly Uber One membership. If you're new to Uber One, sign up for the monthly plan (rather than the yearly plan) with your new card as the payment method. Don't pay for the membership with any saved Uber Cash.
Every month, your Capital One card will be charged for your Uber One membership, and you will get a statement credit for each month of your membership period. Your free subscription will be valid until November 14, 2024.
