According to the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), the following companies are considered the best places to work in the IT and business process outsourcing (BPO) sector in the Philippines. The list was compiled in collaboration with Great Place To Work, a firm that surveys employees to evaluate office culture.

These companies were selected based on their ability to provide a consistently positive experience for every employee, regardless of their role or position within the company. The workplaces were evaluated for their high-trust workplace cultures, leadership effectiveness, values, and trust, which contribute to innovation and financial growth.
The surveys conducted by Great Place To Work covered over 500,000 employees in the IT and business process management sector from January 2022 to May 2023. The data revealed that 94 percent of employees in the best workplaces experienced a high-trust workplace culture, compared to 84 percent in typical organizations.
