How to Fall Asleep The Military Way

Even in the middle of a War, Soldiers use these method with just 1 Minute to fall asleep
Here are five military-style sleep hacks that may help you fall asleep more quickly:
  1. Relax Facial Muscles and Release Tension: Start by relaxing your facial muscles, then release tension in your shoulders and arms. Exhale deeply to relax your chest. Next, clear your mind within 10 seconds. Picture yourself lying by a calm lake with a clear blue sky or on a velvet swing in a dark room. Practicing this method regularly can improve its effectiveness, allowing you to fall asleep faster.
  2. Blinking Technique: Lie down straight and blink your eyelids frequently. The repetitive blinking can tire your eyes, making you feel drowsy and potentially help you fall asleep earlier.
  3. Acupressure Therapy: Pressing certain points on your body can induce sleep. One such point is between your eyebrows. Press there with your thumb for about 30 seconds and repeat this process 4 to 5 times. This method may help you fall asleep faster.
  4. Reverse Order Recollection: Recall the events of your day in reverse order. This process can help clear your mind and reduce stress, potentially aiding you in falling asleep more easily.
  5. 4-7-8 Breathing Technique: Create a small gap between your lips and exhale loudly through your mouth. Then, close your lips and inhale quietly through your nose, counting to 4. Hold your breath for 7 seconds, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, counting to 8. Focus on your breathing and repeat this 4-7-8 cycle several times. This technique can help calm your mind and facilitate better sleep.
Remember that sleep habits can vary from person to person, so it's essential to find what works best for you. If you continue to experience sleep difficulties, consider consulting a healthcare professional to address any underlying issues.
