Freebies and freebies are a tiny but crucial way for companies to demonstrate their appreciation to customers, and on Veterans Day, this includes providing free or reduced food to veterans, active-duty military, and military reserves. Bonefish Grill
: Bonefish Grill, a casual seafood restaurant with locations around the country, is providing a free order of its Bang Bang Shrimp with no purchase required. The bargain includes a complimentary soft drink in addition to the crunchy shrimp coated in a creamy, spicy sauce and is available all day. Red Lobster: Another big American seafood restaurant, Red Lobster, is also providing veterans with a free shrimp lunch, however this one is a little more substantial, since it includes Walt's Favorite Shrimp, fries, and coleslaw. Pilot: For Veterans Day, gas station chain Pilot is providing veterans of the military and their families with a free meal credit of up to $12.
