Katy Perry describes her eye twitch as a "party trick"
On Sunday evening, Katy Perry was performing at her "Play Las Vegas" residency when her eye began to twitch significantly, much like a doll's. As her right eye stayed open, she attempted to correct it.
Perry posted a video of the performance on Instagram, adding, "Welcoming all my #flatearthers #spaceisfakers #birdsarentrealers #skyisntbluers to come see my shattered doll eye party trick IRL in Vegas next year!"
The Grammy-nominated singer went on to say, "The show's set selection is a wonderful trip down memory lane going all the way back to 2008, a time when we weren't all paralyzed by the paranoia of our own echo chambers!"
"This show is a continual party about discovering unconditional love and weirdly (for me) not political at all, Hell I pour beer out of my tits (that's also a party trick... I don't actually lactate hops foolish goose!)" She said. And we'll drink, since we're all #chainedtothealgorithm #therealproblemlolhaha."

The tour's 2023 leg begins on February 15. Perry began his residency in December 2021.
