Sometime GOOD, Sometimes BAD, because he is the KING, so He is BOTH
Namor the Sub-Mariner isn't just one of Marvel's most complex characters; he also frequently plays the roles of hero, anti-hero, and outright villain. Moreover, he is their first superhero. With his convoluted origin story, dramatic eyebrows, and extremely short green swimsuits, Namor, who debuted in 1939, made an immediate impact.
Tenoch Huerta from the television series Narcos will play Namor in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which marks Namor's official entrance into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The Black Panther: Wakanda Forever trailer that debuted at Comic-Con gave us our first look at Namor, so let's learn more about the passionate player known as the Sub-Mariner and why he's so much more than just Marvel's version of Aquaman.

The fictional character Namor (/ˈneɪmɔːr/), also known as the Sub-Mariner, appears in American comic books produced by Marvel Comics. The character made his first appearance in early 1939 and was created by writer-artist Bill Everett for Funnies Inc. The character was initially developed for the unpublished comic Motion Picture Funnies Weekly, but made his first public appearance in Marvel Comics #1 (cover-dated October 1939), the first publication from Timely Comics, Marvel Comics' forerunner in the 1930s and 1940s. The Sub-Mariner was one of Timely's top three characters, along with Captain America and the original Human Torch, during that time, which is known to historians and comic book fans as the Golden Age of Comic Books.Namor is a mutant with superhuman strength and aquatic prowess of the Homo mermanus race, as well as the mutant ability of flight, and other superhuman abilities. He is the son of a human sea captain and a princess of the legendary undersea kingdom of Atlantis. He has been portrayed in various ways over the years, including as an antihero, a kind but frazzled superhero, and an aggressive invader seeking retribution for perceived wrongs that ignorant surface-dwellers committed against his kingdom. The Sub-Mariner has remained a historically significant and comparatively well-liked Marvel character as the first known antihero in comic books. He has worked directly with the Avengers, Fantastic Four, Invaders, Defenders, X-Men, and Illuminati, as well as occasionally acting as a counterbalance to them.
In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, a movie from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Tenoch Huerta will make his live-action debut as Namor (2022).
