Dancing is a way of expressing our moods feelings and emotions. It is a wonderful, gentle but thorough way to exercise our body. It encourages good poise regardless of age and is a great social asset.This course will help the students to promote and appreciate our Philippine folk dance, indigenous and traditional dances as well as other dance forms.
