According to a recent survey by JobStreet Philippines and SEEK, the top 10 schools preferred by companies when hiring in the Philippines are:

The survey was conducted in May 2023 and included more than 700 companies of varying sizes from the platform's hirer base. It encompassed 42 industries, and the top three industries that hired talent from these schools were Information Technology, Human Resources, and Call Center/BPO.
The study found that companies highly preferred PUP graduates because they are effective team players in the workplace. UP and DLSU benefited from the reputation and alignment of their institutions to the industries of hirers.
