Online Betting for who will be Kim Kardashian's next Boyfriend

Kim Kardashian's admirers are labeling betting websites that have released odds on who Kardashian's next lover will be "disgusting" and "sick"
Kim Kardashian followers are chastising betting businesses for offering odds on who she will date after Pete Davidson

Following Kardashian's split from comedian Pete Davidson in early August, some celebrity news outlets began tweeting that certain online casinos were providing odds on who Kardashian would date next.

Popular names on multiple tweets included political analyst Van Jones, who previously refuted allegations that he was dating Kardashian, according to E! News, as well as her ex-husband, Kanye West, formerly known as Ye.

The articles did not mention any specific organizations, but Insider was able to locate two online casinos, Odds Shark and OddsChecker, that had published lists on their websites or social media accounts. It's unclear whether these companies are taking bets on these odds, and they didn't respond to Insider's request for comment right away.

Several Twitter users spoke out against betting companies gaming Kardashian's personal life.

"I'm not a fan, but this is truly extremely awful; why are you that desperate that you're prepared to bet money on it?" another individual asked.

Over the next few days, news of the alleged list of odds spread on TikTok, with viewers screenshotting the lists and sharing their thoughts on them in videos, many of which were unpleasant.

A TikTok user named @laurenisgossip published screenshots of multiple lists in a TikTok video captioned "How is this even legal, it's messed up," which received 340,000 views and 16,000 likes.

"This is the most ludicrous list of candidates that I have seen," the TikToker remarked as she uploaded a screenshot of a list that included billionaire Jeff Bezos and controversial influencer Andrew Tate as betting options for Kardashian's next lover.

Another user, @_m0_g, posted images of the lists in a 380,000-view video, stating, "y'all taking it to [sic] far with this one," and added, "this generation is so down terrible with betting."

Gambling is currently lawful under federal law in the United States, however laws vary by state.

Kardashian and Davidson made their relationship public nine months ago. Both faced criticism from fans who were doubtful of the pair's 13-year age difference. In an April interview with E!, Kardashian addressed the age gap. "Whatever positive vibes are, that's what you should aim for," News says, "whether it's older or younger, it doesn't even matter."

On August 6, E! News reported that the pair had broken up, with an anonymous source telling the outlet the couple found it "really difficult to maintain a relationship" due to their busy schedules.

Representatives for Kardashian and Davidson did not immediately respond to Insider's request for comment.
