You've probably heard already that if you Order at Shakey's Delivery in the Philippines, and if your order didn't arrived within 30 Minutes, your entire order is FREE, yes, you don't have to pay for anything.
Well, we already experienced that with their New Year Promo group meal, just forgot what year exactly but something like this:
So what happen was, the delivery are late for more than 15 minutes for the suppose to be 30 minutes delivery. So, we ask the Delivery Rider if it's covered by the rule "If it's Late, it's Free"? and with hesitation, the Rider say's YES. So to our surprise, we get the food, but still insist to pay the full price for it, and the rider asks us, "Are you sure?" and say Yes too.
So, with that incident, we searched online for others that shared their same experience and talk about it, some says that the Branch Manager will be charged for it, some says that the Delivery Rider himself will be charged, but other says, the whole branch will be charged and no one will be charged individually, because the stores are prepared for that kind of trouble.
But more years pasts, they are still holding to that policy, but now with 31 minute guarantee, but now it has their own Terms and Conditions that need to follow, in order for you to get those FREE meals from Shakey's Philippines.
Terms & Conditions for ANYWHERE IN METRO MANILA 31 MINUTES DELIVERY GUARANTEE
- 1. The 31-Minute Delivery starts when hotline calls are ended, or when the checkout process is completed online. The clock stops when the rider arrives at the village gate or outside the building.
So, either you order thru their Hotline 7777-7777 and #77-777 or using their website, or Mobile App, or even using Facebook Messenger, the countdown starts when checkout is complete. And they Delivery Rider must be on your Village Gate, Lobby of your Building, or in front of your Alley, and NOT in FRONT of your door.
- 2. All orders must be placed and completed through any Shakey's ordering channels:
Hotline 7777-7777 and #77-777 (Toll-free for Globe and TM Subscribers)

You must order using their own means, and not using other services like GrabFood or Foodpanda.
- 3. The 31 Minute Delivery is applicable anywhere in Metro Manila provided that the store is open and does not have a temporary order exclusion in our system.
- 4. The 31 Minute Delivery will not be applicable for Bulk Orders, which are defined as:
Worth more than ₱3,000
Any order with at least 6 Party-sized pizzas (including any free pizzas from the Supercard program)
Any order with at least 3 Pizza Americana pizzas (including any free pizzas from the Supercard program)
Now they have Limitations on your order, because surely if you order in Bulk and the single branch can't accommodate those large about of orders, they can't prepare it and have it delivered on time.
- 5. Stores may add delivery time for the safety of our staff and riders under these conditions:
Storms or Typhoons
Flooding
ECQ or Lockdowns
Fortuitous events such as fires, earthquakes, shooting
For the sake of Humanity, let's give it to them, that Natural Disasters are uncontrollable, and could be a factor for late Deliveries
