Financial Markets In this study, students will understand trade financial markets and securities commodities, and other fungible items of value at low transaction costs and at prices that reflect supply and demand. Securities include stocks and bonds, and commodities include precious metals or agricultural products. The course will establish the key factors that influence the performance of the property sector and evaluate how property as an asset class has performed historically and how it compares with other asset classes i.e. in terms of risk, return and correlations. Students will be able to identify the finer points in securing optimal performance by delving in depth into financing options.
