It's time for Jill Valentine to destroy the Nemesis... Again
After the release of the Resident Evil 2 remake in January 2019, Capcom producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi said they may consider remaking Resident Evil 3 if fans are vocal enough. On December 3, 2019, a series of images were uploaded to the PlayStation Network, leaking details of the remake and featuring updated designs of Jill Valentine, Carlos Oliveira and Nemesis. On December 10, 2019, Capcom officially confirmed the remake in PlayStation's State of Play event. The game will release on April 3, 2020.
