This beginning animation course exposes students to the range of traditional and digital techniques used in stop-motion, Claymation, 2-D or 3-D computer animation. Students learn basic theory and mechanics behind animation develop observational and drawing skills and study the fundamental principles of character design, layout and storyboarding.
In this course, students will learn advanced audio/video media creation and distribution. Students will create videos for web distribution, and edit and master video for DVD using the video editing software. They will also select and examine post-production effects software. The course focuses on the technical requirements and limitations of digital video, with particular emphasis on preparing affordable video that still meets broadcast standards.
This course focuses on the PHP scripting language and its application in building dynamic content for the web. Topics include PHP language basics, functions, writing structured code, and database connectivity. Students will explore techniques for writing effective PHP codes.
